Our Story
Northgate Holdings is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Since 1993, Northgate has been involved in the acquisition, development, and management of manufactured home communities (5,500 units), lakefront luxury housing developments, aggregate quarries, apartment complexes, and camp-resorts (30+ properties, $1.2 billion asset portfolio). Along the way, Northgate has invested in and founded software companies that are complementary to its various businesses. Today, Northgate is an industry leader in the camp-resort space with a portfolio of the most successful resorts in the country. The company continues to own and operate apartment complexes and continually looks for new opportunities in real estate development, software, and operationally intensive businesses.
