Northgate Holdings is proudly based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Since 1993, Northgate has been involved in the acquisition, development, and management of manufactured home communities (5,500 units), lakefront luxury housing developments, aggregate quarries (3 mines), apartment complexes, camp resorts (30+ properties, $1.2 billion asset portfolio), and car washes (9+). Along the way, Northgate has invested in and founded software companies that are complementary to its various businesses. Today, Northgate is renowned as an industry leader in the camp resort space with a portfolio of 30+ of the most successful RV camp resorts in the country. As a top resort developer in the United States, the company continues to own and operate apartment complexes and continually looks for new opportunities in real estate development, software, and operations intense businesses.
